Challenges

Looking to sub-divide a former basin in Highton, Barwon Water were looking to develop a unique brand to bring the boutique estate to life.

The brand needed to attract potential buyers to the area but also allay any objections to the sub-division by the neighbouring community.

We were tasked with the branding and marketing strategy for this boutique land development.

Strategy

Cumulus Highton provides a unique opportunity to access one of Geelong’s most desirable postcodes.

Situated in a small pocket of Highton, the name for the estate was inspired by it’s elevated position – formalising the brands creative direction to be built upon.

Outcomes

Grindstone developed a boutique brand, incorporating a sophisticated colour palette of navy blue and rose gold. This base colour palette extended beyond print communications through to online applications.

Lifestyle and aerial drone imagery shot by Grindstone was used to showcase the boutique aspect of the estate and it’s close proximity to shopping, schools, parks and transport.

A website and sales brochure were developed for expressions of interest from the public.
